With regard to debts with relatively small-size entities and natural or private persons, we will check the debtor’s property relations so as to be able to propose the conditions of our purchasing the debts pursuant to Article 524 of the Civil Code as soon as possible.
What is the price for purchasing debts?
The price of assignment is calculated from the value of the debt to be assigned, and the individual prices are set according to the degree of assumed risk, as well as the volume, maturity and character of the debt.
